Getting PHYS 2419 from AP without the pre-req

Post Body
I'm an incoming first year who's about to take the AP Physics 2 exam. On the UVA website, it says Engineering school majors can claim PHYS 2419 from getting at least a 4 on this exam, but that course requires a pre-requisite of PHYS 1429, which I won't have. Will I still be able to claim 2419, and if so, would I need to take 1429 first?
