Chances of getting on-campus housing as transfer?

Post Body

What are the chances of getting on-campus housing, specifically Lambeth? I'm applying to Bice, Lambeth, and Brown as they are all good locations in regards to engineering (comparatively) and aren't too pricey.

I've heard Bice is competitive and Brown is more of a 'niche' community so Lambeth is really my goal, but I realize it's an application so there is no guarantee.

Off-campus is rough. It is all far away (I don't plan on bringing my car) and pretty expensive, at least for anything half-decent and near campus.

I realize nobody KNOWS the chances of getting into Lambeth or other dorms, but does anyone know typically how that goes for transfer students like us applying for housing so late? My worst fear is not getting any on-campus offers and having to scramble for off-campus and spending a shit ton of money.
