Summer sublease UVA May - August : $800
Subleasing a 1800 garden apartment for the summer - dm if interested!
Hello!
I’m looking for someone (girl’s only!) to sublease my apartment over the summer May - August 14th. It’s at 1800 Jefferson Park Avenue and has a full kitchen and a bedroom to yourself. Rent is $800 that covers all utilities.
The bathroom is shared but the roommate it is shared with is very clean. There is laundry in the building and lots of parking as well as a bus stop directly in front of the building. It is a 2 person apartment with a bus stop right out front of the building. It is a very short walk to grounds. The Gardens of 1800 is full of really pretty flowers and trees as well! 💕
My roommate is only comfortable with it being another girl, she is often out of the apartment so you’d have it to yourself during the day.
