Hi everyone, my roommates and I are looking for one more person to fill our house for next year since our current roommate is a graduate student and recently found new housing! We will all be fourth years next year and two of us have already lived in the house for a year. We are very open to grad students and undergrads of any year.

The open bedroom is pretty big - big enough for a double bed and a couch - and shares a bathroom with one other person. Rent is $600/month plus utilities, and utilities come out to around 100 a month (a little more in the winter for heat). We have a washer and dryer in the basement, a large living room, kitchen and dining room. The driveway is big enough for all four roommates to park cars.

The only real drawbacks are that the house is kind of old, so we have radiators and window A/C units which can bump up heating and cooling costs, and also that it's a little far from grounds (I estimate a 15 minute walk to the corner, 20-25 to central grounds), but we do have two bus lines running very close by that I personally take to grounds every day.
