Two rooms available in a 4b4b suite beginning June 1st 2023-August 2023 at The Flats at West Village. Each room is a single bedroom which comes furnished and has its own bathroom.

You would be living with 2 other female roommates who are also students at UVA. The suite contains a kitchen, living room, A/C, and Washer and Dryer machine.

The apartment building contains a gym, a pool and hottub, many study lounges, a beverage station with free Starbucks coffee, and a courtyard area with grills.

Your lease would begin from June 1st 2023 and goes until August 2023. Would go as low as 700/ month but I pay 980/month utilities which is around $20.00-30.00.
