Pledge advice? I am trying to figure out what to amount pledge?

So I am 20 years old, and I am currently a college student, I do not have any income other then loans. I guess my thing is I don't know how much to pledge.
There are amounts on the back of the card for fair amounts to give, but the issue is the lowest one is $10,000 and my loans for the year don't even add up to that.
