Not looking to change your situation.
Ideal arrangement would be for your girlfriend or wife to want a boyfriend or a sexy guy on the side for when she needs a bit more, or something extra or just a change of scenery. She would call/message me and I'd come and see her and take care of what she'd need. This would be something as simple as her taking a bath or laying out by the pool and finding herself really in the mood for me before she had to run errands, or a longer, wet, hot, sensual evening together that she has planned out.
I am not looking for a MMF, however, down the road, if that is something she'd really like to try I could be open to it.
I am also not looking for a 1 time thing as I really want to learn her and what she wants and needs instead of just doing whatever once.
I'm located in the southern Utah area and ideally you would be local/close to allow for both planned and impromptu possibilities.
