after a year of what I thought would be great has gradually went down hill fast. From the second I started until now I’ve been trying to stick it out as long as possible but I’ve finally came to the end of the road. I’m tired of stupid supervisors pushing nonsense and even stupider post masters. I came from a extensive background in general management, store management, Regional management, and was happier there so I’ve finally taken the steps and moved back to a new General management position as of today. I will be resigning this upcoming week. I wish all of you guys good luck with this place and give you credit for staying for years but it’s not for everyone. Anyone new considering RCA/CCA especially if it’s a big area and you value home life with family or children, run far away and don’t look back.
