Post Body

I've been an RCA for about 50 or so days and I'm being taken advantage of and overworked. My management is stupid AF and it feels like theyd rather I hit somebody or die than give me time off. I'm the only new worker on my side, which doesnt bother me as I'm surrounded by ppl who've been carrying mail for, ranging from 6-30 years. The downside is, I'm CONSTANTLY, on a daily basis being compared to their ability. I know, my particular office is overall understaffed so help comes by way of a nice veteran lady whose job it is, is to case and go home, but she hates it and lowkey everyone and I kno shes leaving soon, and shes my ONLY help. I'm expected to work Sundays as well, and I've gone weeks with no day off, so ive taken some off just to not go crazy. I've gotten shit for it EVERY DAMN DAY. The ppl I work with are decent hardworking people but the management is incompetent, horribly mean, negative, unconstructive. I consistently get told new shit here and there from ppl around the office. "Oh yea they're not supposed to do that, they're not supposed to do this" ... I jus feel like theres so much I dont kno to protect myself. I got my 1st taste of the "holidays" and now I'm thinking about whether or not it's best to resign. I get gaslit and threatened with termination A LOT. I have inconsistent good days but essentially the "60 day review" is always used to look over my head. I've been on this reddit for 10 mins and I'm realizing this experience is copy-paste for a lot of offices

PLEASE HELP I NEED GUIDANCE AND WISDOM
