hello I’m on my 3rd week as an RCA i like the job so far I’ve gotten everything down pretty good for the most part but i really struggle with pulling down its been taking me over an hour everyday to pull which has been leaving most days after 12 im always the last one in the office, I’ve had to get help 2 days on the route because it was already 4oclock and i was no where near done. yesterday i did it all by myself and didnt finish till 6pm and that was only cause a road was closed so i skipped a good portion. I don’t want them to think i can’t do it but most days im getting help, pulling down is my biggest struggle
