Is a second lunch when working near or past 12 hours a thing?

Post Body
At least in my state, we have a labor law related to that. I've used it before as a CCA to either get out of working more or get OT money.
Example:
"We're sending you to another office."
"Ok I'll be taking my second lunch on the way there with an LLV."
I'm sure you can see where the rest goes. My union is iffy on it but generally on my side. Management says there's no such thing. What do you guys think?
