I recently changed routes, went from an over burdened route that struggled along my whole town. To a small more localized route. I had to run the longer route to try and make good time it was killing me so when I got the chance I moved. Now they expect me to run this route because "everyone knows it's a small route" their words, I always say it's an 8hr route. They keep saying they will add pieces of my old route to it if I think I'm going to pull.overtine on it. Idk what to do...
Should I just keep doing it the way I do it take my time, take care of the things on the street. And ignore them takes what it takes.
Or is there some other way to go about it, its not my fault i get overtime for doing extra and helping when we have two CCAs both 90 days in neither can carry or case a full route. And on a heavy day they expect an 8.
