I recently moved to a new house across town with a cluster box for the neighborhood. Went to the local office and put in for new keys and a hold on the mail and was told it might be a couple weeks. It's been 6 weeks so far and after standing in lines for upwards of an hour at a time I've met several people who've been waiting for their keys since mid November.
Something's obviously wrong, I'm just not sure what to do about it. Should I just get a PO box and wait it out? Should I contact someone about this? If so, where would I start with that?
