Post Body

Need some advice please!!!!!So today was my third day by myself, its been a heat wave this week where I'm located, Temps constantly over 95 degrees all day. They gave me a 3 hr piece and then kept calling me on my phone telling me I was too slow and then told me that they were just telling me what is required of me. It did take me a pretty good chunk of the day mainly because I had probably 1000 or more red plums and I had to stop a lot to drink water and Gatorade. I legit thought I was going to pass out. Not sure if they're just trying to make me scared but they said if I don't get better then when it's time for a review or past probation they'll just let me go...

Also off topic, I am a newly expecting father, I told them this before I was hired but my baby is due in late October, I asked about getting some time with my baby as it's my first and they said the PM of my region blacked out all LWOP, and that I probably won't be able to get time off, don't we participate in FMLA, or as CCAS are we not allowed... sorry about the long post just a bunch of BS already.... not really sure it's worth it.
