I have been offered the position of PSE. Applied for a 360 position but the orientation email said Holiday Term. 🧐

Is there a high possibility of being called back to work as a 360? I want to leave my current job, but with the thought of a new lockdown possibly coming combined with only about a month of work is it worth it? Im more scared of being left without a job after Jan 1 due to the economic situation in my city. The orientation date also doesnt allow me to give two weeks notice.
