Hello,

Ok so I sent a package and there was an issue with the address so it was to be sent back to sender. I called after office hours and scheduled a hold mail/pick up package and while I was getting the confirmation number, the phone cut off. THEN I checked the tracking online and saw the status "redelivery scheduled".

So I scheduled another pick up mail (online) and was able to get that confirmation number down. My question is, did I schedule 2 pick ups for one package? Was one of the requests cancelled out? And would either confirmation number work?
