So, I live in a rental home but I've lived here for 4 years now. Every day I get mail for people that use to live here. New people. All kinds of people. I feel like my address is a catch all people give out if they can't remember theirs. I've returned to sender, FWD, gone to the post office, taken the mail to the office, talked to my courier, left a sign by my mailbox listing the actual residents, left notes in my mailbox with a list of the actual residents... Nothing seems to work and I'm getting peoples very important mail. Now my mail isn't even making it into the mailbox. I'll find it on the ground around the mailbox too. Does my letter courier just hate me? I always try to be respectful and handle things in the appropriate manner..
