Package "Picked Up"???

So I ordered a phone for a birthday. From eBay. I actually paid for upgrading shipping to Priority mail..1-3 days. It's for a birthday or else I really wouldn't stress when it comes.."within reasonable time of course" . The package says it was "picked up" on the 19th. Today is the 22nd And the status hasn't changed. Should I consider it lost? Iam the buyer.
