Can someone explain the 401k and pension a little?

I'm just trying to understand a little more on how much would/could be taken out and matched. I gather you can contribute 5% to your TSP which I'm assuming is like the 401k for usps. And how much is/can be taken out toward the pension. The pension is not matched correct? TIA!
