CCA here about to hit my 90. Signed up with a really small office with only 6 routes. Seems like the next person to leave will be my trainer in 3 years when he retires unless something happens to one of the other carriers. Small office in an upscale beach town. Lots of Christmas tips, apparently.
I've been sent a couple towns over where it's a little rougher. The office is 5x the size of mine and the carriers there say I can make regular in a few months.
I think I'm more comfortable staying in my easy, beach town and waiting it out rather than jumping ship for a quicker start. Curious as to anyone else's opinion in a similar position?
