First up I feel like nothing can be identified. If I'm wrong please let me know.
We are both postal carriers and we came home to this with our next door neighbors. We know they have nothing to do at the post office. The one gentleman's already on probation and lots of legal trouble. What's the next step? What do I do? Thanks in advance for any help
