Reassignment and transfer question

So its been a year now. I transfered from cali to illinois. I was in such a rush to get out here. I'm in a job i dont like and also its a hour 20min from where im stying. I'm kicking myself in the butt because i could of got a place closer, but they didnt want me because of my attendence. I have a good amout of tardys, they didnt like that. So i was wondering looking for place to transfer. I can only see reassignments but they only show up on the 1st and 15th. I swear there was more you could see. Am i missing somthing?
