Can I be fired for going slow, my supervisor just told me I could. I have a 9hr route that is literally the longest at the station. I have been on it for over a month. He said that said that first there is verbal warning, then written warning, then 3 day suspension, then 7 day suspension, then termination. Is there any way I could be fired for going slower than they want me to. I feel like they are just trying to scare me into going faster. If I go any faster I am going to get hurt. Still a ptf. I never bring back mail and I rarely need help to finish my route. I've only needed help like 3 times or so. All packages delivered, all mail delivered.
