I apologize if this is a sore subject but I've been trying to do research and can't find a good answer (reddit search really sucks)
What is the wage progression like after becoming an RCA? The position I'm looking at starts at $20.38 but how often do you get raises? I've seen some things about becoming a "regular," what does that mean and how does the pay change? Are most people working 6-7 day weeks? Do you get paid OT when that happens?
I know a bunch of people are going to want to tell me to find another job or do anything else (I've been doing a lot of reading on this subreddit) but I already work a shitty job and straight up just need to make more money right now. That said I will listen to any advice given.
Thank you!

Thank you, I appreciate it. What does PTF stand for exactly? Is that what people mean when they say "regular"? What are the step raises like after you get PTF?
