I filed a grievance for discrimination against me. I have all the proof I needed to back it up. I am not passed my 90 days yet and have about 20 more days left.

She threatened to fire me for filing a grievance and going to the union for help. So I started filing a 2nd grievance for threatening to fire me for the first grievance.

I really dont understand at all why? Is there any more that can be done.

I am doing everything that is asked of me and more. I have been told by the other supes besides her that I am doing an excellent job. I know 100% that she doesn't have the authority.

I am also now being harassed by her at work.
