When a stupidvisor(s) ask about why a route took so long.
City ptf outside of my 90.
They put me on a pretty easy route. Any normal day this is a cake done at 4. Today had literally 1 tray of dps. Total of 17 swings. The key today is I had to literally go to every address because we had shopper stoppers. Most of the regulars break it up into two days. My morning stupidvisor told me to just do the entire route today.
At 2 pm I send a scanner message "completion by 4 unlikely best guess 530 completion". Response was "light mail day no one should go past 8".
At 520 I send a message "completion by 530 impossible will update when back at postal vehicle".
When I got back to the truck I send a message "2 swings left & 4 missed parcels completion before 630".
I get back to the station at 613 and get bombarded with questions. Why this? Why that? Answer this? Answer that? After about 9 questions and me just standing there I simply responded "I was working and if this answer is not sufficient I request union representation present from this point forward".
Response from stupidvisor "just go home".
1st time in awhile I left after 10 with a smile ear to fucking ear.
