Im a CCA before my 90 days and I just wanted to ask, how do you guys do it for so long? I can't stand it and the money isn't enough to deal with it. Between the mediocre pay, heavy fatigue, being rushed every 5 seconds, lack of communication, lies and BS I could go on all day. The benefits mean nothing to me because I get them all from other sources. I am going to put my weeks notice in next week that's the decision I've made but I just want to know how you guys do it so long, what's your motivation what helps you keep going?
TLDR:want to know why you continue
Just wanted to get alot off my chest
