Offer rescinded due to not completing finger prints in time? Reapply?

I scored a 98 on my assessment and received a conditional offer. I accepted the offer, completed the questionnaire. And I was scheduled to go on Tuesday but traffic was terrible and I had to reschedule for the next day. I called and they said it was fine. But today, i received an email saying that my offer was rescinded because I didn't get fingerprinted.
How soon can I reapply?
