Next time you want to yell at your supervisor or start drama over something remember this. Most, not all. are just following orders like you. Dont make it personal. Just ignore them and do your job. There is absolutely nothing they can do to you. Dont fall for the tricks and take the bait.

The post office is trying to use the new amazon model. Make life hell and force people to quit. This way they dont have to pay pensions, benefits, etc Its a beautiful model for corporations that rely on desperate workers in need of money. But its not sustainable as Jeff Bezos even admits himself.

This is a system failure by design. Get involved in your unions and demand reform. Most carriers dont even know what to ask for besides money. and benefits. The only way to accomplish this is to eliminate the cca position and hire everyone straight to regular. Once everyone is equal and united they can no longer pit people against each other.

Regulars are mad at ccas for going to fast and CCAs are getting pressure from management to go faster because they dont know any better. They trust their supervisors because they dont know shit obviously.

Everyone really needs to start working together. Stewards should be calling monthly meetings and people should show up. Stand alone or stand united!!!! There is strength in numbers.
