Can you be rehired after being marked terminated in the system?

Last year I got hired on as a CCA but didn't last very long. I did a shadow day in the back of the truck but riding in the back gave me motion sickness and I blew chunks multiple times throughout the day. I was so embarrassed I went home and texted the supervisor that I didn't think the job was a good fit for me. I got a form in the mail later on saying I was terminated. I don't think I'd be a CCA again but if I wanted to apply for a different position would they let me? Is there any way to find out if I'm on the do not hire list?
