Does us mobile support advance messaging (RCS) on GSM LTE?

I know when I was on Tmobile it was supported. But when i switched it worked for awhile. But now it seems RCS (Advanced Messaging) no longer works. I saw online that your carrier would need to enable it. Is that even possible? UPDATE: Google pushed out an update to fix the issues with RCS not verifying the phone number. If you had the same issues update carrier services!
