Hi. I'm happy with my free trial and want to take advantage of the $50 prepaid card promo. The first rep i talked to said i didn't have any promotion, could not find the promo code, and told me to come back when I found it. I eventually found the promotion but there was no promo code, however, the next rep said annual plans weren't eligible (but then why have the promo in the first place). Technically it was the 2nd and 3rd rep because the actual first one told me there were delays and to try back in an hour.

I see a bunch of great stories about support, am happy with my services, want to renew for a year but want to get this straightened out. I'm looking at the unlimited flex which is more than the $15/m threshold and have about 2 days before renewal date. I see that support is active in here so hopefully someone can reach out and set this straight for me.
