Connection issue??

[Verizon sim, unlimited starter plan]
Idk whats going on but my data isnt connecting? If i turn off the wifi the signal goes out as well - and wifi isnt any good either or id be ok with running on that. My bills paid , so it isnt that either Is there like a outage or somthing?? I woke up and it shortly stopped working..
