(I have a note 9 , im on the verizon sim and im out west)

Is it just me or my phone too old ? Or is the service a bit worse ? When i moved i had no issue at first but somtimes it gives me a no service and i have to reboot it , or it cant work on its own..

Ive also had messaging issues for ages (idk much about calls since i dont do that often i think it works) pictures take forever to load but never do, so i miss out on a ton of pictures and i cant message anyone since itll forever be loading and i dont get messages sometimes

If theres no fix i may just move plans since texting is just as important as the data and that doesnt work..
