Hey everyone I am a poolie in need of advice I’m in a bad situation and want to leave where I am at but it would mess up my ship date and a change in RSS would be impossible (according to my recruiter) I have been a shit poolie for the last few months not really giving it my all being half in half out because of a opportunity I have to leave my area one of the factors making me want to leave is I could move to a state where weed is legal I eventually want to work in that industry but I want to become a marine and serve my country and earning the title is a huge challenge in my mind I want to earn it I just have been getting in my head recently thinking I’m not going to get through boot camp the what if’s if I fail I know if that happens I’ll be homeless. I’m also a fat body poolie 5’10 238 pounds and my first Sir was run 13:50 29 crunches and a singular pull up any advice is appreciated. Also I forgot to ask what’s it like for faggot marines asking for a friend.
