Prk waiver!

I recently got prk surgery back in April in able to join the military because I had high myopia but no anymore. My recruiter sent up my waiver but it’s been about 5 weeks. I texted him a couple days ago and he said it’s still pending. Does it normally take this long for a waiver approval for the marines?
