Has there ever been a case where a recruit went off script during the phone call home?

For example, as you know, at Parris Island, the DIā€™s tell you to say to your loved ones ā€œI have arrived safely at Parris Island. Please do not send any food or bulky items. I will contact you in 7 to 10 days via postcard with my new mailing addressā€ Has there ever been a case where a recruit was either ballsy, homesick, or really didnā€™t care and decided to have a regular but BRIEF conversation with their parents or someone else on the other line? I know DIā€™s are observing but given there is a row of like 10-15 phones, they obviously canā€™t keep track of whether every recruit is sticking to the script. If youā€™re one of the recruits talking on the middle phones, Iā€™m sure itā€™s easily possible to go off script undetected. As silly as a question this is, theoretically would it be possible and has it happened?
