Context; Got involuntarily admitted to the mental hospital, diagnosed with bipolar disorder, adhd & ptsd. Misdiagnosed.
(I have ADHD, but, that isn’t the point, I’ve been unmedicated and haven’t sought out treatment for it in 5 years.)
If a civilian psych eval states I’m “all clear” and don’t have bipolar disorder / ptsd. Will MEPs take this into consideration? Will this help the waiver process go to a more favorable outcome?
Additionally, have a juvenile criminal record but I don’t fall under the lautenberg amendment or whatever it is. In the state of FL if they get a call about a domestic disturbance someone has to go to jail or be taken in and I was unfortunately the one to do so. All three reports don’t really make a whole lot of sense and there were no serious injuries at all (per the report.) ~ family member started beating me up and I defended myself and apparently that wasn’t allowed. Adjudication was withheld on all three. Never got into trouble again. I know this’ll be a problem, but how much of a problem?
