Vitamin D Deficiency DQ?

I went to meps three weeks ago and passed phase 1 (from what i was told) but before moving onto phase 2 & 3 i had to get my astigmatism checked, but i got listed dq’d also for vitamin D deficiency? The doctor told me i send send a waiver for it so at boot camp i can get the medications for it, but my recruiter is having me do go around for a doctor to do a physical & blood work to send to meps. My main issue is i don’t have medical insurance anymore since i Switched Jobs
