I’m currently 17 and in the deps program have been for about 3 weeks now. I have a past as a young stupid kid hanging with the wrong crew. I have a controlled substance charge from 2019 pills were in the car and nobody claimed them so everyone got charged I went to court did a program and they said it will leave my record when I turn 18. I also have a DV charge where the charges where dropped me and my father used to get into bad arguments but he dropped the charges. And a unlawful use of mother vehicle charge that will be expunged. My question is do I need tell my recruiter about this? He hasn’t asked me anything about my criminal history. Will I need waiver for this? Or am I disqualified from the marine corp due to these charges?. I’ve been planning on just waiting for them to ask me at meps (I’m scheduled to go in 3 weeks) but I know that cost them money and time.
