With all the news about mandatory vaccines and possible punishment for refusing, I was browsing around wikipedia and came upon Bad Conduct Discharge. First thing, "for actual chicken dinners" is hilarious. Second, and why I'm here, have you ever heard a BCD referred to as a Big Crazy Duck? Big chicken dinner has a citation, while big crazy duck does not. If consensus is that Big Crazy Duck is not a real thing, I'm going to use this thread as a citation to edit that part. r/military didn't seem too keen on discussing.
From the wiki:
Bad Conduct Discharge (BCD)
"Big chicken dinner" redirects here. For actual chicken dinners, see Chicken as food.
A Bad Conduct Discharge (BCD), colloquially referred to as a "big chicken dinner", from the initialism,[23] (it is also referred to as "Big Crazy Duck")
