Having issues with my command

My EAS is October 25th in 19 days. My command keeps calling me back into work, putting me on duty, making me PT. When I should be checking out, I try turning in my CIF gear and they keep making me show up to PT and threaten to mark me UA if I don’t show up to PT. I still have a whole house to pack up, my wife can only do so much because she is pregnant. I have already talked to my company guns about it and he said realistically speaking I’m not even supposed to be at work and that he will talk to my SNCO’s about it. But still nothing has changed, I just need some advice or help.
