Help with tardiness before my command's understanding turns into something worse.
Post Body

TL:DR. I'm a Cpl who is habitually late and on the cusp of punishment if not corrected. How do I correct myself so I don't get corrected by the UCMJ?

Help...

I'm a Cpl who has been late more times than I can count at this point and managed to squeak by with only negative counselings. I've tried everything from more alarms, to buying an alarm clock, and setting everything out the night before, to going to bed earlier, to buying a new car since my old one was unreliable and unpredictable, etc. I keep being late and I need help.

I live out in town so I have a 30 minute drive to work. I don't ever had "good reasons" (as if they even exist) for being late I just can't get out of bed, or I forget something at home, or I just miss my literal 9 alarms. Everytime something different. This has amounted to negative counse out the ass, me loosing my team lead billet (reasonable given the circumstances), and the threat of a competency review board/demotion if it isn't fixed.

What do you suggest I do, I can't keep being late, my Gunny jas even said he could treat me as UA (which Is understandable but not what I'd prefer) I don't feel like I can go to anyone higher because they're all fed up with my tardiness (again valid, I make no excuses) so Reddit here I am asking for guidance.

I know this is ultimately my problem alone to fix but it feels like everything I'm trying to do isn't working, so I ask the void of the internet for ideas, advice, and tips.
