Post Body

So I got out of the Marine Corps dealing with depression and I let myself become a fat body. I got all the way to nearly 290lbs last December. I said enough is enough and took charge of myself. Iā€™m at 220 now just from eating less, but I need help and guidance. I want to get back to 168llbs, if not that, 176llbs, 180llbs at most, and be able to run a 21 minute 3 mile, get back to 144 crunches in 2 minutes, and do 20 pull ups minimum. I will get myself to 1st class standards ounce those standards are complete. Anyone got any advice? My goal is to get there by December, and I hate being a fat body. I look at the photos from when I was in and yearn for that fitness again. If anyone can help Iā€™d appreciate it!
