Gents, need a little advice. UXO in 2010 took out my back pretty bad (nerve damage from neck to lower back with radiculopathy to all extremities) and over the years the pain has gotten worse, what could help?
Post Body

I had another Marine tell me years ago that actually doing squats and back exercises could help alleviate the pain. Is there truth to this? Because the VA’s meds don’t do shit, 10’s Units don’t do shit and I just suck up the pain anymore. But it’s getting worse as I get older with no signs of slowing down.
