Not seeing VoLTE option on LG V30

I received a text message from USCC about a month ago saying VoLTE (enhanced calling, need to use full 10 digit dialing) would be enabled in my area (central Maine) as of 7/17. However I don't see any option on the LG V30 phone I own to enable it. I've run the updates, nothing new installed in a couple of months I think. Android v8.0, version US99820h. Any ideas?
