Getting out of EIC?

I had US Cellular for years and the service started deteriorating awful over the last little bit. It has become completely unusable in my area. I took 4 phone lines to tmobile because they bought out my phone installments. I still have an iPad with installments on uscellular. T mobile will not buy out tablet lines. What would my options be on getting out if this EIC? I'm paying $70 for something that's completely unusable.
