Should I report that I lost my tourist visa 3 years ago?

Post Body

Currently on an F-1 and OPT, lost my tourist visa around Dec 2019 as it was in a seperate passport. I can't decide if I should report it or just wait until 2025 when my tourist visa expires.

How I lost it: I was moving to a new apartment and then immediately took a trip to my home country. Upon returning to the U.S. I wasn't sure if I left it at my old apartment or in my home country. I knew the residents that moved in after me but they claimed to have not seen the passport. I then asked my family to look at home but they didn't see it so I waited for my next trip home. Eventually I just felt it was somewhere and that I would find it. I have not found it, will I have issues if I report losing it?
