I am sponsoring GC for my parents. I currently earn about $18K so it is below the 125% threshold. However, my parents each have $25K in US bank which covers the difference 5 times. I submitted all tax returns, W2, and 1040s, though didn’t include latest paystubs. Also submitted 4 months of bank statements. My question is whether our combined assets are enough for the application, but got the RFE because I didn’t submit enough evidence, or should I use joint sponsorship to cover the rest of the financial support. Thanks in advance.
