Does having J1 visa affect AOS processing (marriage based)?
Do I need to inform the USCIS that my visa doesn't follow 2year role role. I just mentioned in paper work that I am on J1 but no mention of the 2 year role. Will the officer/USCIS be able to figure this on their own.
